Account & Registration

To register at 50ks, you'll need an active Bangladeshi mobile number (e.g. 01XXXXXXXXX), a valid email address, and your National ID or passport details. Registration is quick and straightforward — it takes just 2 minutes. Users under 18 are not permitted to create an account.

No. Under 50ks policy, each person is allowed only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same mobile number, email address, or national ID is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances may be forfeited.

On the login page, click the "Forgot Password?" link. Enter your registered mobile number or email address. An OTP will be sent to you. Verify the OTP and set a new password. The whole process takes under 2 minutes.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required to confirm your identity and prevent fraud. You'll need to upload photos of the front and back of your national ID or passport, along with a selfie. Verification is usually completed within 24 hours. Without it, withdrawal limits may apply.

Multiple incorrect password attempts may temporarily lock your account. Wait 30 minutes and try again, or contact us at support@50ks.app. If your account has been permanently suspended, our support team will explain the reason and guide you through next steps.
Deposits & Withdrawals

After logging in, click the "Deposit" button. Select bKash, Nagad, or Rocket, enter the amount, and follow the instructions to complete payment. Funds are typically credited within 1–5 minutes. Minimum deposit is ৳500.

Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. Processing may take slightly longer during peak hours. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

50ks does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your mobile banking provider (bKash/Nagad/Rocket) may apply their standard transfer charges. There are no withdrawal fees on 50ks's end either.

Wait 5–10 minutes after depositing, then refresh the page. If the balance still doesn't appear, contact support@50ks.app with your transaction ID. Keep the confirmation message from your mobile banking — it'll be helpful for resolving the issue.

The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳5,00,000 once KYC verification is complete. Without verification, the daily limit is ৳50,000. The maximum amount per single transaction is ৳1,00,000.
Bonuses & Promotions

A 100% welcome bonus is automatically applied to your first deposit after registration. That means a ৳1,000 deposit gets you ৳1,000 in bonus funds. No separate action is needed to claim it. However, wagering requirements must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.

Withdrawing a bonus typically requires 5x to 10x wagering. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳5,000 to ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawal. The wagering period is generally 30 days. Each offer has its own specific terms listed separately.

Share your personal referral link. When a friend registers through that link and makes their first deposit, a ৳500 bonus will be credited to your account. There is no limit on the number of referrals per member. Bonuses are added directly to your wallet.

Place bets of ৳5,000 or more in a week to receive 10% cashback on your total net loss. Cashback is credited automatically every Monday for the previous week. There are no wagering requirements on cashback — you can withdraw it directly.
Betting

50ks offers betting on over 20 sports, including cricket, football, tennis, badminton, kabaddi, and volleyball. Live and pre-match betting is available for the Bangladesh Premier League, IPL, World Cup, Premier League, and many more tournaments.

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, if the Cash Out feature is available, you may be able to partially or fully cash out during a live match. Cash Out is not available on all bets.

If a match is fully cancelled or abandoned, bets are generally refunded in full. If rain or another reason causes the match to be played beyond a set threshold, the result may be considered valid. See the Terms & Conditions page for specific rules.

Minimum bet is ৳100. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event — generally up to ৳5,00,000. Live betting maximums may be slightly lower. Adding multiple matches to a parlay bet increases the potential payout.
